Orange County Preservation Bands

About Us

The Orange County Preservation Bands is a wonderful volunteer organization dedicated to the preservation and celebration of concert and jazz band music. As a non-profit, our mission is to share the joy of these wonderful musical styles with the public, and to inspire young musicians to continue their musical journeys.

Many of the organization’s members first picked up an instrument in their school music programs, and have continued to play and perform well into adulthood. They believe it’s so important to keep these vibrant, human-created musical traditions alive — the sound of wind and percussion instruments coming together to create beautiful, emotive music.

Through community concerts, educational outreach, and other initiatives, the Orange Preservation Bands aim to ensure that audiences young and old remain excited about and engaged with the magic of live, non-electronic music performance. We would love for you to join us in out mission to share this passion with the world!
